Guest Post Requirements

To maintain the quality of our blog, please follow these guidelines:

1. Content & Topic Requirements

  • Your post must be original and exclusive to Blended Bean Coffee (not published elsewhere).
  • The topic must be coffee-related (e.g., brewing tips, coffee science, sustainability, specialty coffee trends, roasting insights).
  • Articles should be 500–1,000 words and well-researched, engaging, and informative.

2. Linking Requirements

  • You must include a do-follow link back to your guest post on your website within 30 days of publication.
  • You may include one backlink to your homepage and one additional link (e.g., an article, service page, or product).
  • We reserve the right to remove excessive promotional links.
  • No affiliate links unless they are for your own store

3. Formatting & Submission

  • Use clear headings and subheadings for easy readability.
  • Submit your post as a Google Doc or Word file.
  • Include a short author bio (2-3 sentences) with a profile photo.
  • We may edit for clarity, SEO, and formatting but will not change your core message.


How to Submit

  1. Send your pitch or completed article to tyler@blendedbeancoffee.com with “Guest Post Submission – [Your Topic]” in the subject line.
  2. If accepted, we’ll provide a publication date and any feedback.
  3. Once published, we’ll send you the link to share on your site and socials!
